Not always true, My aunt cheated on her drunk husband with a guy at work, needless to say they got a divorce and she is still with and married to the guy she cheated with 10 yrs later. Some people find love or happiness elsewhere and are scared to leave the ones they are with. I know it is wrong but not all people are all good. I'm not saying this is true with all circumstances and everyone but it's just something to keep in mind.

Yes, you're completely right, but you have to keep in mind that the person they cheated with doesn't deserve to be with anyone, either. They knew that the cheater was with someone (in most cases), and they still slept with them.
If you're unhappy enough to want to turn to someone outside of your relationship, you may as well just end it. Those who are willing to betray the trust of people who they are supposed to be committed to are scum.

Not true lola. How do you explain the plethora of younger wives, who started out as "secretaries"??. There are a LOT of people willing to take that risk. A lot of people silly, or self-important, enough to think it "won't happen to them". And you know what? SOME of them are right. Life just isn't black and white like that, and people certainly aren't rational little microchips. Look around, lol!
