No, Pedro isn't faking his injury. He's actually been injured for a while, but it just hasn't caught up with him.
If he didn't want to play in the All-Star Game, he would have said so. You don't have to fake an injury to decline an invitation.

i doubt he is faking....he has indeed been place on the disabled list by the mets after having missed his start monday night and will subsequently miss a 2nd start this weekend.
if pedro simply didnt want to play or participate in the all star game, he likely would have just said so rather than resorting to lies.

Pedro is a loser. Over rated 5 inning pitcher who beats up old men. He's not for the fans or the game. He's for himself and true baseball fans see right through this fraud.
