I'm impatient and want to get things done right away, but sometimes I work too fast and make mistakes, so I have to learn to be more patient and careful. (Impatient shows you're a go-getter and like to work; admitting mistakes shows you're human and self-aware.)

I am a good team-player, but sometimes I want to take charge and do it myself or get things moving along. I have to learn to defer to other people and follow their schedules and pace. I sometimes defer to other people because I think their ideas are better than mine, then later on I realize that it's only that they were more assertive than I was and my ideas were good. I have to learn to be more assertive. (This shows that you're modest and don't think you're better than everyone else.)

What are you aware of that you do that you are working on to fix it? Example: Perhaps you think with emotion and blurt out a solution to a problem based on your intial reaction to the problem. You could turn this into a positive by stating that you are aware that you make decisions based on emotion so realizing that, you stop, take a step back and think of a solution based on the facts to ensure you do'nt make your decision based on your immediate reaction. (Does this make sinse??)

I can sometimes be late to work --but I always stay overtime and give that extra to make up for the time and then some!
