No there's no age limit, and I don't think there should be. If you're good enough to play world class football, you are eligible.
Youngest player: Norman Whiteside of Northern Ireland , 17 years and 42 days played in 1982 FIFA WC
Pele was the youngest player in a WC final match, of Brazil, 17 years and 249 days, played in 1958 FIFA WC
Oldest player: Roger Milla of Cameroon , 42 years and 39 days, played in 1994 FIFA WC

There is no minimum or maximum age limit. I don't think there should be...but due to the nature of the sport i can't see players younger than 17 being chosen to play in a world cup match and not much older than 40 either because of conditioning.
So the limits are almost self-imposed.
"No sign of any age limits in World Cup football. At just 17 years and 42 days, Northern Ireland forward Norman Whiteside made his World Cup debut in the match against Yugoslavia in Saragossa, and he remains the youngest ever player to take part. At the other end of the range, when the Cameroon legend Roger Milla came on for part of the match against Russia in the 1994 tournament, he was 42 years and 39 days of age - almost exactly a quarter of a century older than Whiteside".

No,there's no age limit (why should there be an age limit?!). In all physical sports, one would go pro say 16-17 and by the time he/she is say 36-37 will notice that he/she cannot compete with younger athletes and retires.
The first yougest player to participate in worldcup was Pele (17) in 1958 tournament in Sweden. Oldest players, Roger Milla-Cameroon (captain and midfeild attacker) was by far the oldest (41) in 1990, Dino Zoff- Italy in 1982, Peter Shelton-England in 1990, the tunisian goalkeeper in the current worldcup; all of them were(are) 40 years of age and the three of them were goalkeepers.
Notice three were (goalkeepers):requires little physical and mental effort compared to the other 10 teammates. So, most players who reach their mid-thirties usually call it quits.

I don't think so, because rooney played in Euro 2004 and he was about 17 years old, and Pelle was like him in world cup 1954 or 1956 something like it, and Oliver Kan is 37 too, so there is no limits, they stop when they feel up

I don't think there is a minimum age limit, because there have been some real young guys who have played. Though, if they are too young they would be too much of a detriment, since you don't have many subs and he wouldn't be strong enough to compete for the full 90 minutes.

i dont think there is an age limit, but the thing is if a player is too young, people feel he/she might not be good or strong enough and if they are quite old, people feel theyve lost their strength and ability to play which is not always true...for example pele, theo walcott and other people which i cant remember
