I lean towards Libertarian. I think personable responsibility has been abandoned over the years....everything these days seems to be someone else's fault.
I am fat cause of McDonalds
I can't learn cause the schools are bad
I can't find a job cause manufacturing went overseas
I got pregnant cause the school never told me about condoms
I fell down and its the city's fault
I drunkenly crashed my car and its the bar's fault
My baby has birth defects and its the beer maker's fault
I can't get out of bed because as a child my parents didn't love me enough
My friend got shot and its the gun manufacturer's fault
I want a higher wage and the government should pay
My Weber grill blew away in the hurricane and I want FEMA to pay

Blah blah blah

How bout stepping up to the plate and accepting that there are consequences? And, how bout giving the consequences some teeth?

Does anyone slow down for even a split second to glance in the mirror before starting to point fingers and blame others? Take a minute, accept responsibility for the good AND the bad that you do.

The government is there to provide a military to protect us against foreign invaders. They are there to issue money. And thats really about it.....

Cheetos to you no political party.
I myself is a Green. I encourage ecological sound practices in government and corporate doings. In the US the corporations are treated just like as if they where a Human. They have the same rights. I think it is kinda weird but I don't care. I voted for Nader. Enough said having money while working for it comes in a variety of ways. The world ain't cheap. How much is the process in which oil becomes oil. Processes which happened over millions of years.

I would rather understand nature then try to figure out why the things are the way they are. Although this forum is a new way individuals can express themselves. Read and think.

Republican - because Republicans understand how society and the economy function best.

Society would fail if Democracts were in power for a long period of time (50-100 years) because their idea of how things should be would lead to socialism

In response to the answer below... You have it backwards. Republicans want lower taxes and smaller government.

Yes, the rich do get bigger tax cuts (but their the same % tax cuts.) If you pay more in, wont you get more back? Their not getting any more money than you percentage wise.

And your "free" healthcare. It's not free... how do you think Democrats are going to pay for the free healthcare. They're going to tax the rich.

As I said at the top...socialism. If over a period of time you punish those who worked hard to become rich, and give it to those who didn't. That will take away the will to work hard. Why would I strive to be rich if I just have to give it away to the poor.

I belong to the Democratic Party because they believe that we shouldn't help the rich and give them tax cuts. They believe that the War in Iraq was a failure, it's not bad to admit it, and the best thing to do now is pull out and let them handle there own country before ours gets split in two. Also they believe in free health care and that people have the right to choose not have the government take over ever decision.

Don't belong to any political party as they are both owned by the same corporations, and stand for the same basic things: The United States government is of the corporations, by the corporations, for the corporations. There is no more representation for anyone who isn't a millionaire anymore.

i am registered as a democrat... but i do split my ticket and vote..for the individual i like in general elections. i hate to declare..and both parties are starting to look so much alike. the last local election i voted for an independent. i think it is getting to be more and more about the man/woman running for office and not the label.. they r running under. my grandfather and father were republicans..and my grandma and mom were democrats. cute huh.. go figure..... i just happen to like the democratic presidential canidates.more than the republicans..in the last few years. if a republican came along i liked... i would support him or her.

I don't "belong" to any party. I have a mind of my own. People who give themselves over mind, body, and soul to either party are a leading cause of the political mess we're in. Everyone should stop mindlessly voting along party lines and make informed decisions.

I am a member of the Liberal Party. Our party has had created surpluses after we defeated the Conservitives in 92 and had great job growth and had good social programs like national daycare and public medicare. The torys want to take it away now.

I would choose the libertarian party. It most closely represents the small government I think is right. I do think that we need some taxes, though. I like roads and electricity too much to give them up.
