Milk production comes from a hormone call prolactin. Without pregnancy your body will not produce prolactin. Constant stimulation of the breasts can produce a milk like substance but without prolactin, its not milk. Also, a possible sign of breast cancer is discharge from the nipple when the nipple is gently squeezed. Get it checked out.
