The blue one will put you to sleep. So if you want to remember your trip, don't go with him
The green one has gangrene, and will pass it on to you. So, if you want to come back healthy, I wouldn't go with him.
The red one will keep you hyped and ready for action. He'll keep your sinuses clear too. So, he's probably be the best bet.

The green because it's not a primary color. Always beware the primary colors.
Oh, wait. A green alien is just too stereotypical. Don't choose that one.

The blue because it blends in with the ocean, which is very pretty.
Oh, wait. Then it can just jump in the ocean/sky and blend in and disappear. And you'll be left all alone and alien-less. Don't choose that one.

The red because red's an exotic color and you'll have the wildest experience with it.
Oh, wait. You're alergic to chili peppers and it's alergic to toenails. You'll never be compatible. Don't choose that one.
Okay so now you've eliminated all of them. You've got 2 choices:
1) Smoosh them all together to form one giant, lumpy, brown one and go with it. You get the benefits of all of the aliens- combined!
2) While you were wasting time making your decision, a chartreuse (neon green) and orange polka-dotted one came floating down from the skies. DEFINITELY go with that one.

Do not go with the red one.... Red usually means, danger, stop, think before you proceed.
If you are thinking the green one, make sure your okay with probes first.
Finally I think you should pick blue. Blue could be anything tranquil; like the sky, the water, or the color of someones eyes.

The Green one.
The Red one must be from a planet close to the sun - skin burn.
The Blue one must be from a planet far away from the sun - very cold.
But the Green one is just right.
