Help me with Bleach Pen?

I used a bleach pen on a black shirt so I could use a colored sharpie to write on it. How long should I allow it to sit before I wash it?

ok, to clarify, the bleach was intended. i wanted the bleach on the shirt.

You should go over it with a permanent black marker and let it sit over night to ensure it stays on the shirt and if it comes off you can always reapply or just get a new shirt
