my com is displaying right date wrong day fri how can i change im new to coms?

I WAS THINKING ALL DAY TODAY WAS FRIDAY BCUZZ IN MY POP UP BAR AT BOTTOM HAS WHATS RUNNING AND DISPLAYS TODAY IS FRIDAY JULY 6 2006 ITS RIGHT DATE WRONG DAY CUZZ TODAY THURSDAY HOW DO I CHANGE THAT IN SIMPLE STEP BY STEP IM STILL LEARNING VERY NEW COMS

the simplest way to do it is to put your mouse pointer on the time and right click on it. you will see a list pop up that will give you several options. point to the one that says adjust date/time. left click on that one and it will take you to the clock and date. you will be able to change anything that you need to from here. i hope i have helped you.

im guessing either youre wrong about the day of the week, or you live in a country where its not thursday; try changing time zone, its the second tab after you double-click on the time

You probably have your clock set to the wrong time zone. If you're across the international date line, it's already tomorrow. double-click your clock icon in the lower right and check the time zone.

to regulate your calendar to the excellent date: a million) click two times straight away (double-click) the bottom precise hand of your show screen the position it shows the time. (ex: 7:23 PM) 2) The "Date and Time houses" field will pop up. 3) adjust the calendar to the excellent date. you could also adjust the clock. 4) click "ok"
