I am a very overprotective parent and will not just leave my children with anyone. I would say you have to have a drivers license (that way if something were to happen and you need to take the kids to the doctor or something you can.) You also would have to have references of people you have worked for in the past, and I expect them to be people other then just family members of yours b/c they always give good references. You would have to play with the children and not be on the phone during your babysitting hours, unless the children are asleep or it was just briefly. You should also make sure you are available and easy to reach on the weekends.

Well, I look for a girl who has large breasts and shows alot of skin when she dresses. She should be between 16 and 18 and not have much parental supervision in her life. A major plus is if she is very shy and submissive.

Someone who is dependable, has worked with children before, comes to the home early (10 min), does not use the phone/computer unless given permission, and has general knowledge of first aid.
