Most don't but common sense should prevail if the subject matter is questionable.

I gave up on the terms, etc., for any site. I don't usually disagree with them, and if i read them all, I'd never do anything like this on the net. I don't have any agenda, per se, so I guess I'll get along here.

no one ever reads the terms and conditions or the user agreements when joining anything like this. for all i know i have promised to give my first born child to Yahoo.

I'm glad I did or I would have completely missed the bit about yahoo having the right to my
"first born as and when he/she reachs the state/area/regions legal age for employment"

I shouldn't think so... Half of them are unable to read and write simple English - even when they come from English speaking countries.. ;)
