the middle of my back also felt like something moving around in it then my neck started hurting and now my upper arms hurt, it wakes me up at night, to lay on them or pick something up it hurts started with one arm now both hurt,

Pinched nerve via disc problems, better see a Doc! I had similiar symptoms and it tirned out to be herniated discs...
