Yeah. One of my friends went through that last year and in addition to her husband's vasectomy (a year or so earlier) she was already in her mid-forties when it is supposed to be tough to get pregnant anyway!
Did he get tested a couple of months after the surgery? If not, he may still be shooting little swimmers. If the after test was all clear, there's still a small possibility the vas deferens grew back, but it isn't that great a chance.
You don't say how old you are, but past 35 our bodies do some mightly strange things as our hormones change. I noticed PMS got worse.
So..I'd recommend waiting another week and see what happens. After all, if you are, you are and any decisions you may choose to make can still be made in a week. Just eat healthy in the meantime, just in case.
Usually morning sickness doesn't hit this early so I wouldn't worry about the nausea just yet.

There is a small chance of becoming pregnant. I don't know anybody personally, but on an episode of Montell a man wanted his wife to have a DNA test on their new son, because he had had a vasectomy. My neighbor recently had a vasectomy and the Dr. told him there is a small chance the tubes that are cut can grow back together. Good Luck!

I don't have this experience, but I know that some vasectomies reverse themselves. Perhaps that is what has happened to your husband. Take a pregnancy test. Those sound like all the early symptoms.

Its possible that you may be pregnant. To be sure go to the Dr. and get checked out and tested there to be sure. The chances are slim but there is a chance, try to relax and take it easy, you may just be stressed and your body is reacting to it. With you thinking you may be pregnant, your body could be reacting to that too. But the for sure answer is to get tested by the Dr. and see what they have to say.

There is a chance. However the symptoms you described can be caused by stress as well.
