I believe Tony can win the title again this year but he needs to avoid anymore bad luck. This is the point in the season where Stewart really turned it up a notch last year if he can do that again he will be a lock to repeat this year.I agree with previous answer if Tony doesn't win it anybody but Johnson let him continue in his mind to be the best driver to never have won the cup title.If Tony doesn't win look for Matt Kenseth or Kasey Kane to be strong and Earnhart is sitting in third right now ,if not Stewart then I hope it's Dale Jr.

yes he definitely can. He has the crew and the team to win it. Tony is possibly one of the best most aggressive drivers out there and hes got the will power to get there again. Regardless of what anybody else has to say about him, prove to me he cant drive. He's got 10 different championships under his belt!

I don't think he can I know he will. The only damn problem is the way the chase is set up there is no room for bad luck, and unfortunately he's had quite a bit of it this year. Hopefully the grey cloud is gone and he can get the strong finishes he and the team are capable of and get a back to back..

It's not a question of can he because we all know he has the skills to do it, it's more of a question of luck. You have to have luck to win the championship. If he can keep the momentum that he has going, yes he wilI win it, but if the bad luck he has been having recently continues then no he won't. I think he will win it though.
