Your 1st period generally creeps up on you because you are not looking for it to happen. Your stomach may hurt (cramp like you have to go to the bathroom) occasionally. Someone may tell you you are acting moody or ask you if something is wrong. Nothing is wrong, you don't know why you are acting fussy, it's just the process and lastly you may just notice some spotting when you wipe.

um i was in school when it happened and i didn't know until i got home. but you start noticing that you gain weight, your breasts get bigger and sometimes hurt, and you start getting cramps. but when you do make sure that you mark it on a calendar to keep track of when you are going to get it again. and you should carry pads with you when its close to that time of the month

sometimes your back hurts, you can also get cramps even for your first time first time.eating habits or moods might go out of wack, your groin area feels wet/sweaty, there is a dark discharge. hell, or nothing at all and it just comes.
