It won't stop as long as there are people that believe; their way is the only way, you're too ignorant to see this, and they must make you see or pop a cork trying. The thing most of them don't realize, is, they make hell look more appealing than their version of heaven. I really, really don't want to spend eternity with people like that. They think they mean well, but are still putting you down.

Sounds to familiar. Living in the south I have heard it in various ways. The ones who speak and act that way will pass their evil on to future generations. A friend of mine said if the savior came today they would talk Him to death.

why should it stop?

if people feel that way, it is only kind of them to let us know of the opportunity they see us missing

if it is not true, it won't hurt you one way or the other

if it is true, your being provided an opportunity

why does that bother you??

I appreciate it when people sincerely try to help me. I don't have to agree with them and so far, no religious zealot has ever become violent around me.

good one. all the monotheistic religions are bound to have this problem and certainly christianity leads the way. i guess religions give us humans something to occupy our minds during free time and give direction to our darker emotions like hate and anger and self righteousness.

Oh go put a sock in it!
No it will never end, as long as life goes it, it will always be in our face.
Our own way is the 'right' way, if we 'truely' think it's right, then for us it is right.
