Here's the thing. I go to a strict school so no damns, hells, or anything close the swearing. "Dang" would be the worst word used.
No bleeps where parents will be able to tell that it is an edited song. It should be pretty much smooth flowing without any filtering basically.
It should be able to pump you up, especially the run out song. Roughly 20-30 minutes worth of music would be plenty.
Lets try to keep it in the hip hop/rock genres perhaps with techno although this does limit you (I'm sorry my school has such strict rules on this, which is why I'm asking.)
Suggestions for the whole tape, or even just a couple?
Heart of a Champion by Nelly is one song so far that is likely to be used.
