According to Hope, there is a possibility that Bo could be the babies father. I think that Bo is the babies father, but I think that Bonnie is going to change the results to make it look as if Patrick is the father

Bo lives in never never land! He's not going to get back together with Hope. At least not for a really long time. He thinks the baby might be his because he's delusional and thinks he still has a family with Hope and Sean. And you never know, he could be right. The baby might be his and we'll all find out several seasons from now when the writers resurrect Tony for the umteenth time!

It doesn't matter who's kid it is I think Billie is going to rig the test to make it Bo's.
