They will let you know when they are hot. Usually a onesie and a light blanket will due them nicely. On really hot night depending on how old sometimes a diaper is justifiable. Use your own judgement on everything. I think you will figure it out. Oh lightweight pj's work good too.

You should first by one or two fans and open the window in order for the air to circulate a push the hot air out

Dress the baby in onesies or just put a diaper and you are good. I suggest onesies just in case you do not want you baby to be without clothes but if y ou don't mind i would personally say just leave the baby with a diaper so that they can be as cook as possible

Also keep the baby hydrated... Preferrably cool water or juice not too cold b/c too cold is not good for the baby

Use a fan give him cool baths every once in awhile. Do you have a little pool. Just one of those little plastic things? They work great. Just make sure there is shade. Of just use the bath tub. Give him chilled formula or juice if he's drinking juice yet. Don't put any clothes on him at night and let the little guy have the fan. That's what me and my honey do. By 3-4 am we can steal the fan back cuz it's cooled a little.

I second the fan answer and would suggest that if the temperatures are extreme, you might wipe your baby down with a cool (NOT cold, cool) cloth. The evaporation of the water will help keep them cool. But I would only resort to this if it is very hot.

Hi,
You could try getting a little blow-up pool and put wet towels in the bottom. That way the baby can hang out naked and cool off. Also, we just open the windows at night and run a fan.

Take care.

keep the baby in diapers. Try to avoid direct contact of a fan. Baby's are not use to having air blowed to them. This can cause suffocation. Give the baby plenty of water during the day and night to keep him or her hydrated.

You can give the baby a tempid bath ( slightly warm). Dry him off very well and sprinkle baby powders on him. Rub it in very gently and lay him in the bed with a clean sheet and no covers or pillow. You can do this several times a day if you have time. If not wipe him off with a cool wet wash cloth instead of the tepid bath.,Dry him and reapply the powders as often as you can, Or you can use corn startch in place of baby powder.I hope this helps.

Use a fan and keep the baby in minimal clothing or just leave the baby in a diaper

baby's aren't affected by the heat like adults are. But consider leaving him/her just in a diaper, or using fans to at least blow the air around.

Also make sure baby is hydrated well.

I would get a Fan, but don`t point it directly at baby. Keep baby hydrated and dress her/him in light clothing, change clothing immediately if wet from sweating.
