I agree completely, but it is just plain ignorance.

Let us put it this way . I respect the Jews because after the Holocaust they get reprimanded big time and the criminals of those war crimes were f*&&ed . Today if one goes as far as to do something Anti semitic they can and will be chared with hate crimes and sued. They are a very tight culture of people you cannot f**K with. Meanwhile Afro Americans are told to voice any opinion is silly and the past and to get over it. We do not help it ether with gansta culture and negative press. true but there is still bigotry in this world and no one is doing anything about it. Do not forget we didn't ask to come here we were brought here to work as slaves. Now, things haven't changed that much because every body who speaks about race raaltions is told to shut up. Do some research watch Roots the movie.

John Bryant offers this tidbit:
So here is the one-sentence proof that the 'racists' are right:
THERE IS NO REASON TO SUPPRESS A VIEWPOINT UNLESS IT IS TRUE, because a false viewpoint can easily be combated with facts and logic, while truth cannot be combated except by lies which are vulnerable to refutation.
Or to put it another way, the 'racist' view HAS to be suppressed, because if it weren't, MOST PEOPLE WOULD BECOME 'RACISTS'!
NEVER APOLOGIZE FOR BEING WHITE!

There is never an excuse for racism. Too many people have suffered due to the small mindedness of others in the past. It can't be allowed to happen in the present or the future.

More people would reject racism if they understood one simple fact. There is only ONE RACE: HUMANITY. Everything else is merely superficial, skin-deep so to speak. People need to take risks and to actively encounter different cultures and different peoples. Then they would see that beyond the appearance of customs and cultures, we are all very much alike. We all want the same basic things. People need to embrace that which is different. Above all else, people need to be kind to each other and to care for one another, no matter the differences or the sameness.

you're completely right, and i am completely disgusted by the countless forms of discrimination around the world. however, i don't believe it is going to cease anytime soon. we live in a world of violence, destruction, and war. as much as i'd love to see discrimination come to an end, it most likely won't happen. discrimination occurs among elementary students and the elderly; any age can attain a prejudice way of thinking. however, it's incredibly hard to change a person's opinion of a certain group of people.

Of course racism is wrong, but I can understand minorities being racist more than I can whites, for example. I still could never condone it though.
Herman Munster, I really pity your and your fading ideals...perhaps you should get out more...

I think often times racism and separatism are confused. Separatism says I'm proud of my race and culture and want to protect and preserve it. Racism says I hate your culture. I am not racist but I am separatist. I believe all races and cultures should be cherished and preserved. It's a matter of pride, not hate.
