i'm getting a message that a pop-up window is blocked but the pop-up blocker is off. what gives?

I'm guessing you have more then one pop up blocker installed on that computer. Windows XP SP2 put one in IE6 and IE7 also has one. You will also get pop up blockers in many of your popular toolbars such as Google, Yahoo and My Web Search. You might want to check everything you have attached to your internet browser.

you probably turned off the windows pop up blocker and have one in a toolbar. Hold CTRL when you click the link.

I thought the same thing one time and then I realized that one of my toolbars also had a pop-up blocker.

You have more than 1 pop blocker on your computer - your ISP might provide 1, your net protection provides another.

I have a line at the bottom of the message that says HTML graphics. I press that and I see everything
