i have not gotten paternity established nor do i recieve any child support from the childs father, who was deported to kenya about a year ago. how can i estabilsh paternity, and collect child support?

I hope this helps. You will still need to hire a private investigator to get the location of the father to serve him the legal paperwork.

Regardless of what the above link states, you are pretty much SOL. It would be virtually impossible to SERVE the father. Meaning, to get a sheriff to personally deliver to him the petition for establishment of paternity and othe related relief.


Sorry, but seek an attorney if you feel you really need this. Actually, most states provides such services for free (but they are slow). Call you local CLERK OF COURT for more information.
