If it's not overwhelming, tweezers. Shaving is out of the question. Nair or Veet do facial creams and the advantage over waxing is you don't have to wait the second time around for the hair to be long enough. I'm a fan of waxing though. It absolutely reduces hair and makes it softer, but you have to be willing to let your hair reach about a half an inch before you wax. Maybe you can bleach it in between waxes. Jolen is a good bleach for facial hair. Finally, if you want to invest in a costly but permanent and good results solution, you should do laser removal. But, please, go to a real dermatologist, not a spa or beautician. A dermatologist can assess how your skin will react to laser, you don't want permanent red spots.

It totally depends on your skin type. Unfortunately, if you have really sensitive skin, most things will irritate it. If not, waxing is a good option but if you want to get rid of it forever, consider laser hair removal. Virtually painless and you'll never have to worry about it again. Shop around though, different places can be way more expensive.

Probaly wax. Since it takes longer for the hair to grow back unlike shaving. You can also dye facial hair so it wont be noticable. =)
