I have put a layer of quikcrete over a step on my concrete steps. They are the hollow kind of steps.I put the quikcrete there to cover a crack to keep it from falling in.Is it going to work?

The amount of traffic on these steps is going to determine how long it will last...Also depends on what type of Quikcrete ...was it concrete,,,,cement....crack repairmix.....?.....Most likely then crack will reappear....Know that isn't what you wanted to hear but fixing cracks in concrete is tough...I would sujest you use Apoxy it it happens again....
