this means the scrotums of a men become somehow blue colored because the testes may be cut off from nutritient supplies
this may become dangerous so it's better to get them checked out

It means that when a guy thinks alot about sex and wants it so baddly, their nuts turn blue. Its like erection, blood pressure is either decreasing or increasing as they think more and more about it. Like holding your breathe causes you to turn blue, its like that.

I means the pain in the testicles that comes from getting excited for an extended period of time with no ejaculation. The testicles do not turn blue, but it feels like it.
