I wanted a couple of tattoos for years and finally got them… I probably would have done them with out the wife’s approval. But she loved them. In fact she didn’t like the drawings of them until it was on me. Mainly if it is not a quick decision and not a NAME then let him do it no regrets but I would recommend it be hide-able since society judges…

He can do what he wishes with his body as far as the tattoos go. You may not like it, but you should support his decision. Kind of ironic that he wants it to say "only God can judge me" and there you are judging him ;-) ah, yes...

What he does with his body is his decision. Would you feel differently about your husband if he were maimed or scarred in some way? There are worse things he could get on his body.

well I have 3 tattoo's but i made the decision of what to get and it would be good wholesome. my wife tells me the same thing about getting another one. It is partly your decision but ultimately his body. as long as you both agree to the content i think it should be okay. i want another one but havent gotten it yet.

Its not like he is getting a naked chick on him. At least it is tasteful, does he like 2pac (only god can judge me)
You just need to get over it, if you don't want to get a tatoo that is your porogative but it is better not to tell him what to do.
And if you leave him because he gets it that is just dumb, i am pretty sure there are alot of thing people do close to you that you don't like but you don't run away from them
Be supportive

Love is accepting, tell him how you feel, but if he wants to do it, then let him. Maybe to make you feel better, do something for yourself, spend a day at a spa, go shoping, he should be ok with it, since he is gonna be spending that money on the ink.

I don't really think that you can say anything. It isn't your body and he is the one who will have to live with it the rest of his life. You should set your feelings aside let him do it.

Well, is this a lifelong dream of his? Is he having a midlife crisis? Ask him to get it in a place that you won't investigate all too often. Like no arms or legs or anything.
