I think worry is a natural thing for most of us.. and if you do worry, it is not necessarily something you can turn off like a faucet, though they do have pills for that if it is severe..

However, let me recommend this first. Perspective. Everyone alive will always have a biggest problem - whatever it is. Your biggest problem can be anywhere from something totally horrible and gut wrenchingly tragic to a broken fingernail that has you upset.. So, keep perspective and try and focus on the wonders of your life as well as the worry - actually, by worrying about what might happen, inside your body, you are living and suffering the same as if that situation actually did occur - - so, go easy on yourself..

The question should be when was the last time you worried. Worrying is not something that you should be doing frequently. Worrying causes stress. Stress is the only thing that kills people.

I'm worried sick right now. We have a thunderstorm rolling through right now and it's starting to pour. The problem is our house has a drainage problem and most likely our basement will flood again. The bad part, it's 12:45 am where I'm at and the rest of the house is asleep.
