I do too, but the problem is that the money people will never be convinced, and with *them* behind him, all the droolers, idiots and bleating evangelical sheep will just follow right along even if it means turning the nation into a dictatorhip....

It's enough to make me throw up in my mouth a little, that the America I grew up in supposedly was stupid and masochistic enough to vote this bastid in *twice*. People really want to be treated like chain-ganged ditch-diggers down on a plantation I guess...I guess the CEO-owned Media is that damn powerful.

It's got me 90% convinced I have no hope for the future, and that all so-called Problem Citizens like me (dirt-poor, working poor, disabled or just having rotten luck) can do about it is to do what the Kiowas did in Brasil in response to that nation's taking of their land....

And I don't want to go there. I so wanted to live in the 21st century when I was a kid, a geeky little kid growing up....I wanted the flying cars and the robots and the cool stuff....and yet it seems like we are being *flung* back to the Dark Ages, to the Crusades and to Feudalism of a Corporate sort with each passing day.

And I get sick to death of being blamed for Bush, ok? I did in fact sell out to Big Lamer, Big Ketchup last time and vote for Kerry, ok? Even though the so-called opposition would rather suck up than actually OPPOSE a damn thing, OK?? Even though nobody's coughed up a good candidate on that so-called "other side" since JFK got shot, OK??

Ick. The more I think about it, the more sick it makes me from stress and anger I can't do a damn thing about....

This isn't America anymore folks. *America* wouldn't have let a mere Hurricane turn New Orleans into a post-apocalyptic, barbaric ruin for five days straight, and then said "well, they're poor people, this is likely better than they are used to."

This isn't Earth anymore either. We've allowed the situation to degenerate into _The Planet of the Apes_.

Man, now I *am* looking up that Wiki link on the Kiowas in spite of myself. Okay, I must have seriously misspelled that name, because all I am getting is the Native American tribe of *Texas* that is still living.

As opposed to the Native tribe of Brasil who committed mass suicide before allowing outsiders to take their land from them.

Yeah, I know, it sucks not having a proper link, but for once I am relieved to not have *all* my facts right, you know....?

He thinks he's God, little realizing the job has already been taken. But, you can see where he might think that since he has been responsible for so many deaths and misery. He's an illiterate idiot who took an IQ test and wound up owing it points because he couldn't even figure out what half the words were! I just hope we can survive a couple more years of the fool, but I fear another war is in the offing before then since he's kill crazy which is really something since he refused to serve in the military choosing instead to hide in the National Guard thanks to daddy's influence.

Clown really describes him accurately. Anytime he opens his mouth to speak, I am waiting for some sort of joke or a silly expression. He looks at you with a little boy's expression.
It has a certain charm but, my God, the man's our President, and looking like a little boy is unbecoming.

i have not any problems with redheads or clowns and performance a wholesome 'appreciate' for all kinds of untamed animals (mutually with sharks and snakes). Spiders, even if, are an finished diverse tale! (really the large fleshy ones.....UGH!). What truly scares me isn't understanding at the same time as someone I (imagine I) have self belief is actual mendacity to me (and that i'm believing them). it really is scary.

Believe me, plenty of us out there agree with you. Be careful what you say against him though, or you could find yourself in a heap of trouble.
