Watching ALL the games played..I would definitely decide Italy & Portugal... their fouling... clipping...jumping off their opponets backs...do They also do a drama class for preperation for the World Cup...may be Hollywood should find a place for best Soccer acting...

Leaning towards Portugal. How can you get that many red and yellow cards in the few rounds that you made it through, never mind all the very questionable fouls, and not be considered playing dirty. Ronaldo just has the great ability to fall when no one is even around.

Portugal!!
A number of their players should have been yellow carded for simulation (diving) in their game against France and then there was that game against Holland...my oh my!
(although Holland wasn't great either in that game, and neither was the refereeing).
Scolari is a very unsportsmanlike coach also!
