There is no landmass at the North Pole; it's an ice cap over the ocean.

There's no land at the North Pole, just ice. Plus, plus you have to take into account that the Earth is slightly tilted on an axis. Also, there's really no such thing as up or down or high or low with respect to the entire universe. Therefore, there's really not a correct answer to your question.
