What Kind of server is Yahoo! Mail On? Pop, Imap, Http?

I want to use thundrbird to access my Yahoo mail.

Incoming (POP 3) - pop.mail.yahoo.com
Outgoing (SMTP) - smtp.mail.yahoo.net

It is POP, but you need to pay about $20 /year to use it that way if it is from yahoo.com you can also download a free and legal program called YPOPS that enables you to use it on Outlook, I am not sure if it forks with Thunderbird

get the ypops it works with thunderbird.
