2-D: hexagon.
3-D: hexahedron. Hexahedra include cubes, rectangular or other quadrilateral prisms, and pentagonal pyramids.
I'd go with hexagon, though, because you wrote, "Sides." In 3-D, they're more commonly called "Faces."

If you're talking polygon, it's a hexagon; however if you're looking for a 3-D shape (polyhedron), it's a cube.
