I think the religion itself is a good one, but some people have somewhat polluted it. Many Christians are hypocrites and do not live as Jesus would, but think that going to church every Sunday will save them. People should act like Christians every day of the week, not just go to church on Sunday's, then fornicate and do all other kinds of crap every other day of the week.

Its working well for me! I think you need to find a good church that teaches the bible and how to apply it to your everyday life. To be Christian is to be Christ like, we will never be perfect but trying to lead a sinless life really allows you to be a better person and a happier person, and no matter how hard Anyone tries they will always sin, and because we walk in the grace we can be forgiven, i wonder why would someone not want to be Christian. I think it has a lot to do with the church you go to and the fellowship you have with other Christians. I learned on my own that not everyone who claims to be a christian really is and its good to know the difference, if you are ever unsure.... about anything... Pray before you make a decision!

Christianity today is dying out. Christianity, along with all religions, was created to control people. I recently went to a Catholic service and was amazed at the people that were there. There was not one person that was into what they were reciting. It was all droning when they were doing the "call backs". It seemed to me that no one really wanted to be there. When I was a kid they used to pack 'em in, but now they have to close churches and cancel masses because fewer people are attending.
Most of the Christian religions do not promote tolerance. Not all, but most. I feel that Christianity is a shadow of what it used to be.

Personally, I am a Christian. A Roman Catholic to be exact. I used to love my religion, and believed in it completely, but during recent months I have begun to feel not so loving twards my church. I do not like a lot of what it is now preaching about gay people, politics, abortion, and various other things. So right now I have to say that I think that Christianity has been taken over by the mindset of a few people in power and it is not really showing the feelings of all it's members. Right now I am not too happy with my religion, but hopefully that will soon change.

Hebrews 13:8
Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever.

True Christianity has not changed.

Not all that say they are Christians... are:
Matthew 7:21
"Not everyone who says to me, 'Lord, Lord,' will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only he who does the will of my Father who is in heaven.

Those who used to sit on the fringe of Christianity have now taken center stage. Christianity today is warped and not "Christ-like" at all.

the original christianity is a good one, however men of religeon changed the beliefs and the principles,so christianity today is not christianity ,it is some form of man made myths.thats why it contradicts with science ,and men of religeon used to burn scientists in the middle centuries!

Religion has become self serving to the point God is a vending machine where we put in our prayer in when we want something and expect an immediate answer, I guess we have forgot we are servants of the Lord.

Like all religions, it has out lived it's usefulness. The first sign a species is becoming sentient is when they have evolved
to the point where they can abstract enough to invent a god. The first sign a species is achieving sentient maturity is when they get rid of their gods

A pile of poo gopes down easier...

I would like to see a Chrisitan, or amember of any other religion, use empirical reasoning and logic to prove their claims... If this were done, I would think much more of Chrisitanity today.

Instead, the answer is that it is a matter of faith (in other words, being dooped)
