Be careful with products like goo be gone or goof off on carpet because it may damage the fiber depending on what it is made of, synthetic or natural. I like a product found in the paint department of most home improvement stores or on the laundry aisle of most discounters because it won't do damage, doesn't have fumes and its inexpensive. It's called Mostenbocker's and it comes in a variety of formulations for everything from blood and wine, to mustard to dried latex paint. The four product kit is especially good because it covers most tough stains that other products cannot touch. You either spray it on or drip it on depending on the applicator you buy, agitate and wipe with a terry towel, repeating until the stain disappears.

It depends on what type of paint it is. If it's water based then soap and water (I like to use dish soap) should work quite nicely. If on the other hand it's an oil based paint, most likely you're looking at turpentine or gasoline and both can damage the carpet and cause a slight discoloration. Good luck.

A product called "Goof Off" is a liquid that can lift the spot without bleaching the fibers. I use it whenever I am on a paint job and it has been a life saver. Any hardware or home center will carry it! It comes in a 4.5 ounce yellow can. Good luck!

You can try Goop or Goo Gone but if it is try, I am going to guess a little tiny pair os scissor might be the only thing that works.
Or try to crunch it up or scrape it off, but I going to guess the scissors is the only chance you have.

Try "Awesome". I can't guarantee that it will work, but it took blue Sharpie (permanent marker) out of my WHITE carpet when my son drew a pretty happy face for me.
