wife will not have sex, and was told to get a grilfriend because see
won't divorce him. Is this concidered in court adultury? Will it be held against him later and how can he protect himself?

File for legal Separation, move out look into the states laws and there is a time where then a divorce can be granted my states is 6 months if both partys want it and 2 years if one party fights it

Depends. Most states are "no-fault" states. Adultury isn't grounds for divorce. Sounds like it should but it doesn't. And BTW, how much money one spouse makes has no bearing on custody. Just another divorce myth.

Big Daddy is right - if you're in a no-fault State, and you probably are, then the courts could care less why you're divorcing - they haven't got the time or the desire to hear everyone's sad tale - they're only interested in things like dividing up assets, custody issues etc.

Yeah. I work with a lady who filed for divorce b/c her husband was cheating on her. She got quite of bit of money and property out of him.
