I don't know but if they have water fights frequently in London,I guess I'm going there for vacation!

Just go try it. Don't use a hosepipe. But those pump-action water pistols with the massive tanks on 'em lick hoses

or you could go to thames water's website - they will certainly have a set of rules for you.

Well I go to university at King's - Strand.

Next door there is Somerset house... amazing place... MANY water fountains on the pavement

go to Thames water website. I couldnt believe that I was alllowed to fill up a paddling pool but not wash my car??

its a hose pipe ban
not a tap ban
fill your water ballons or water pistols from the kitchen tap

no unless you use water from one of the millions of leaks they havnt fixed
