I have no idea.....
The fiancee of my sister (who is 24-years old) will be her 5th as far as I know.
I'm 27-years old and I've been with 13 guys.
We live in Canada (with a typical caucasian Scottish-German-British background) were both baptised in the Presbyterian faith, attended church regularly as young children, but in the past 20 years or so only go to church for events like weddings, funerals, etc.
She was more shy in high school whereas I had 'bad' friends and went through a rebellious phase.
I don't know what you'd call normal though........

I think that depends on the age of the woman in question. Women born in the 60's or earlier seem to have had many fewer lovers than those that were born in the 80's. As the world moves on,values seem to be changing and it seems as if sex is now for recreation instead of sharing with someone special.

Depends on cultural backround, date of birth, etc...
My wife 30 has had two (as far as I know), I have talked to 14 year olds that have had 6.
I have a feeling that the number is not important and the handling of volume does not improve the state of mind. I suppose, having as many partners as it takes to be content with who you are is the key... ;-)

What a ridiculous question: what is "normal"? There are so many differences in culture, religion, ethnicity, circumstance...all you can get is a range, and the range is "from 0 to 1000."
Seriously. By whose standards? Yours? Only you know the answer, then. Mine? You don't even know what my standards are, and why should you care? There's no simple answer to this question.
