It's not commonly used but males are bulls and females are cows. Young ones are either neonates or hatchlings.

Neonate is a term for any animal that has just been born, in latin "Neo" means new and "nate" comes from "natal" meaning birth. Its not just for crocodiles, this term applies to any new born.
An adult is simply adult, a juvenile is simply a juvenile, the only term you need to know for a baby croc is "watch out for mama".
