There is no way to get rid of sunburn, but to ease the pain for a while try using Aloe Vera lotion. One good thing that works everytime is take a cold shower the day you get sunburned because all a sunburn is, is the heat from the sun that get trapped in your pores, a cold shower releases the heat and you are left with a nice tan.

Aloe Vera! Its a gel that helps your skin to not hurt as much and it helps it heal faster. Also, stay outta the sun. If you have a sunburn line try wearing clothes that will cover it. You probably knew that already but whatever! Good Luck! And next time, re-apply you suntan lotion more often!!

You can make the pain feel better by using aloe vera with lidocaine in it. Lidocaine is a medicine that numbs the skin. Its like what the dentist uses to numb your mouth but in a different form. I have heard that dampening a clean cloth with white vinger and applying it to the skin will help as well. It helps nutralize something in the sking but do that when you arent with a bunch a people and can take a shower afterwards, I hate the way vinegar smells. It tends to prevent cracking and peeling. Drink lots of water and use lots of lotion and it will help immensly. I burn easily and I know how much it hurts.

First of all, stay away from hot showers. Take cold or lukewarm showers and make sure you don't stay underneath the water to long. Try Aloe Vera gel or a soothing lotion...just something that doesn't have a lot of perfume added to it.
Make sure you drink lots of water and go gentle on your skin for at least a few days...
Good luck!

If you just got out of the sun you can take some thing that is antinflamitory and that will keep it from getting as bad as it could be... (sun burn is just an inflamation... Oh what you learn in pharmcuticals) You can also do the same before you go in the sun too... and it will kill the pain too
Other then that aleo Vera and time.

Your burn won't go away until that layer (or layers) of skin peel off.
If you are in pain, try apple cider vinegar on it - it really takes the sting out of a sunburn.

you cant get rid of it because once its burnt, there no going back, instead take more steps to preventing it like wear sunscreen all the time and remember to reapply after being in the sun for a long period of time. 5 more minutes of your time to put sunscreen on is worth preventing ugly leathery and not to mention wrinkly skin...

Aloe Vera and time. It must heal itself. Aloe Vera soothes and helps, though.
Feel better!
