Well maybe because these girls are there "rolemodel" they want to be like them hoping that in the future they can actually live the lives of.... for example Paris Hilton. They want to walk, talk, dress like, and live like the person they want to become. But, what your saying is true, when they do this. They just make a big fool out of themselves.

A lot of that has to do with not having their own identity. Without that and lacking self esteem, the only thing left for one to do is try to become that what you want to be.
