Sorry, no idea, spent the last 10 minutes trying it and can;t get it. Tried doing just the short words so there was loads of insults in the 45 second, tried random, tried just long words, tried everything I can think of.
They probably just give one to every so many players rather than there being an actual system to it.
Bored with it now.
