What are you talking about!! I work in social care and am doing a degree in it. I have no clue what you are talking about. My advice is that if you are going for a job, learn how to write in English before you send your C.V!
You may be really good at social work, but perhaps ask someone for help, face to face as you will probably get your point across better.

oooooohhhhh ggggaaaawwwwwdd poor you. Yes you do need help. No, what you need is a chainsaw to take to the archives, files and computers of whoever writes these STOOOOpid forms.
One rule that really matters: RING ALL THEIR BELLS. They have a list of what they're looking for in there. Find that list, decode it, and write it out. Then search through your own experience and come up with a story that matches each item on the list. Then build your statement around that. In other words, you are everything they want, and here's proof!

What they need to hearken to is what excites you about doing social artwork. they need to carry close why your heart is in it. perhaps its something that makes your blood boil and also you want to do something about it. Telling you what excites others or would excite you gained't help you. you ought to have a darn good reason in case you ought to spend you existence doing social artwork. what's it. become it someone who inspired you and also you want to be a useless ringer for them. If there is not something interesting there, are you positive about your selected vocation.
