Well, with my first baby only, I noticed breast soreness, tender to the touch, some throbbing and it was within a month after becoming pregnant. My second and third babies, I didn't have any kind of tenderness or pain in my breasts. It just depends on your own body as to the symptoms you will feel during pregnancy, each one is different, each person is different.

About 10 days to 2 weeks. They were sore to the touch. Felt like they do when getting ready to start period.

At 5 weeks of pregnancy.
Throbbing, sore, achey. Sports bras at night help. Good support during the day helps. Telling him to keep his ***** paws off me helped too.

It's like an over-ripe grape about to burst out of its skin.
I think it started in the 4th week both times for me.
