I know someone who cries A LOT, and I was wondering if she could ever go blind, or something like that.

The odds are slim but yes your eyes can "run out" of tears. Some people do have to have artificial tears or things to make artificial tears for them. I doubt from crying that will happen though.

NO, you can't run out . But time to see a doctor , or more likely a physiatrist, there is some emotional issues that need addressing.

I couldn't say for certain, but I would think the only way possible would be in cases of extreme dehydration which would leave you at Death's door!
