A kit for making money at home doing medical billing. I paid $400 and got a list of doctors in my area to cold call, and an instructional video. The "instructional video" was just an advertisement telling why the program was so great. Most of the numbers were long distance or no longer in service. And customer service for the company wouldn't even talk to me!

A Sauna Slim belt. Claims to reduce your waist by 2 inches in 50 mins - I must have have had a brain fart when I bought that POS. Needless to say, it just makes you sweat (A LOT). You are exactly the same size afterwards and very stinky.

I once bought flavored coffee from a company online. When I tried it for the first time, it tasted just like some toxic chemical. There was no coffee flavor at all. So I took it to work and let my coworkers drink it instead of me. haha!
