i think i have an ingrown hair on the bottom of the shaft of my penis it looks exactly like a zit and its a little red around it, how do i get rid of it
its not and STD im not active, and it doesnt hurt

Don't bother it or even try and get rid of it. Otherwise it might hurt and then it won't leave you alone and you might end up not being able to walk straight because of the pain and discomfort... plus to that it'll take longer to heal.
I believe, if you'll just leave it, it'll go away all by itself in about a week or two, just use mild soap and warm water to wash (when you take a shower), and soft towel to dry off... Just don't worry about it, and it'll be okay :)
