France, especially if they play like did against Spain and Brazil!
In some ways Italy are very lucky to be there, namely that controversial penalty kick win over Australia.
However, it should be a very close game.

Spain (huge favorite), Brazil (5 times world champion and favorite) and Portugal (with Scolari and C. Ronaldo and big favorite)...
Italy beats:
Australia (after a fake PK in the last 10 seconds), Ukraine (they missed their previous flight back home so they had to stay to catch the next one) and Germany (in the last minute after 120 minutes of nothing)...
The question is : Can Henry beat Buffon? Is that simple!
