The Cards top to bottom are the best team in the National League. Barring injuries to key players, they will be in the Series again this year.

Yes, I think they will. They are currently in a bad slump, but that will end soon, and they will win their division by 10 games or more. They will win the NL pennant and then lose the World Series to the Boston Red Sox as they did in 2004. Same scenario, but this time it will be the Sox in 5 games.
Have to call them as I see them.

They have the talent but they are in a bad slump and have no pitching to help them out of it. Albert can't carry the whole team on his sore back.
