It is okay. I would definitely NOT get married there. I have to go there next Saturday for some unknown cousin's quincenera, but I would not go, if it was not necessary. I my opinion it is very dirty and there are several beggars in the street and often people will break into your cars. Also getting across there can be a big pain!
