Neither. Not being able to hear has absolutely nothing to do with intelligence. I've known many deaf people in my life, and am currently dating a guy that is mostly deaf.

I dont really understand your question. Were you attempting to ask-" Are deaf people smart or dumb?" Well, if that is what you were asking here is the most logical answer;
Deaf people are just as smart or smarter than someone without hearing impairment. They are forced to use other forms of communication to interact with the world. Their vision is sharper and they have to use more of their brain capacity to figure out what is going on around them

Yes. there are smart and dumb deaf people. If you are referring to the way they speak if you had learned english without being able to hear your own voice how do you think you would sound. There are smart and dumb people everywhere you can't clump them all in to one demographic but i hope you can guess which group i would put you in

I don't think being deaf affects your intelligence. Everyone is knowledgeable it just depends on what subject. I have a few friends who deaf. They might not be good when it comes to grammar, but they are smart when it comes to giving out advice on relationships and anything else.

Being deaf isn't in itself smart or dumb. It is the person that is either smart or dumb.

The meaning of (deaf) is neither dumb or smart it means hearing impared. It has nothing to do with the intellegance of the person.

its not dumb, its just how they are born, u cant control that type of thing but most of the people that are deaf is smart.. they just talk different becuz they cant hear them selves talk
